  2. We do not guarantee the performance, workmanship, or conduct of Service Providers, but we may take action if issues are reported.

  3. You agree to provide accurate information about the work needed, access to premises, utilities, and safety.

  4. You release and indemnify us from claims arising from the acts or omissions of Service Providers, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by us.

6. Intellectual Property

  1. All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, designs, code, software) are our property or licensed to us, and protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.

  2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works without our express permission.
